The theme for May was Water and Blue. Water was be the primary, but anything that was blue was acceptable.

June Challenge Theme
Since the coming month is June, when summer begins, our next challenge will be “Fire”. Anything red, orange, yellow, or flame-themed will be accepted. It’ll be smokin’!

The Challenge’s Rules:
-To join this contest, you must be a member. (But that’s easy! You just have to watch the club and tell me you want to be a member!).
-Please send the club a note with a link to your submission.
-Deadline for submissions: end of June.
-I would prefer made-for-this-challenge pieces, but if you would like to submit something you’ve already made, I’ll be lenient.

Would people like to instate a “winner” of the challenge? I would need people to help me judge, and then some sort of prize. If not, we can continue with the journal feature and becoming a deviation in the club gallery.

New Feature
For the summer, I want to start a new feature: featuring you, the artists! We can conduct a short interview, and then I will provide links to several of your favorite deviations. It’ll be first-come first-serve, so sign up quickly! (Send me a note or leave a comment on this journal.)
